Partner With Us to Set Up a THE TROVE Collection Point
We work with residential estates, schools, businesses, shopping centres and community organisations to set up permanent or temporary clothing collection points, making it easier for the public to donate clean, wearable clothing they no longer need. Collected items are then sorted, prepared and arranged for further recirculation within the community.
Turn your space into a starting point for clothing circularity.
Collection → Sorting → Preparation → Recirculation
If items are not suitable for direct reuse → Upcycling / Other Appropriate Processing
Including, but not limited to, residential estates, schools and universities, shopping centres, businesses and offices, NGOs, and community spaces. Partnership arrangements can be tailored to suit the needs of different types of venues.
Fixed Collection Point|固定收集點: Suitable for long-term placement with regular scheduled collections.
Pop-up Collection|短期收集活動: Ideal for campus events, ESG campaigns, community activities, themed weeks and other short-term initiatives.
From collection point setup to clothing collection, sorting, recirculation and environmental education, we provide end-to-end support that allows partners to take part in clothing circularity in a simple and flexible way.
THE TROVE is more than a clothing collection service. We work with partners to develop suitable collection arrangements based on the needs of different venues and communities, while extending the impact of clothing collection into community engagement, environmental education and measurable sustainability initiatives.
01|Collection Point & Setup Support
Based on the available space, footfall and expected collection volume, we provide suitable clothing collection equipment and placement recommendations. THE TROVE collection boxes feature a clean, space-efficient design suitable for residential estates, schools, businesses, shopping centres and a wide range of community spaces.
02|Promotion & Community Engagement
We provide basic promotional materials, donation guidelines and participation information to help partners introduce the programme to residents, students, employees and visitors, encouraging wider participation in clothing circularity and sustainable living. Collaboration can also extend to environmental workshops, community barter events, eco-tours and volunteering activities, transforming simple clothing collection into a more engaging environmental education experience.
03|Regular Collection & Logistics
Regular collection is arranged according to the actual collection volume and operational needs of each venue. We also coordinate the transportation of collected clothing to the appropriate processing location, helping reduce the burden on partners in terms of storage, handling and day-to-day management.
04|Sorting, Preparation & Recirculation
Collected clothing is sorted according to condition and reuse potential. Garments in good condition are prepared and prioritised for shared wardrobe and community support channels, allowing them to be used again by suitable users. Items that are not suitable for direct rewear may, where appropriate, be directed to recycling or upcycling.
05|Flexible Token & Rebate Options
Partners can choose a suitable combination of cash rebates for collected clothing and environmental education activity tokens based on their needs.
Partners who choose a higher rebate will receive fewer activity tokens, while those who do not require a cash rebate can convert more of the collection value into tokens, which can be redeemed for a wider range of environmental education and community engagement activities.
06|Impact Reporting
Depending on the form of partnership, we can provide summaries of collection results and activity outcomes to help partners record programme impact and support community communication, internal sharing and sustainability-related initiatives.
01 Enquiry → 02 Site Assessment → 03 Confirm the Arrangement → 04 Setup & Promotion → 05 Regular Collection & Follow-up Processing
