Items We Cannot Accept:
Mouldy items or clothing with strong odours
Clothing with severe stains
Heavily damaged items that are no longer wearable
Wet or damp clothing
Intimate items that may present hygiene concerns
Some items that are no longer suitable for direct reuse but still retain material value may be considered for upcycling or other appropriate forms of recovery, depending on their condition.

Sort
Items are sorted according to their condition, category and potential for reuse.
Prepare
Suitable garments are prepared and organised for reuse.
Match
Clothing is matched with different lifestyle needs and occasions.
Rewear
Suitable items are recirculated within the community through free distribution, symbolic pricing, sharing or clothing swaps.
Not suitable for direct rewear → Upcycling / Material Reuse
Items that cannot be worn again directly may be repurposed through upcycling or material reuse.
